Order processing

• We process orders within 2–6 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. (GMT+8) are processed the next business day.

• Rates: flat rate $9; free shipping on orders over $100.

Address changes

• Need to update your address? Contact us at softgirliethingz@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to redirect packages.
